1. Orders and Payment

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once the order is confirmed, we quickly prepare it for shipping. If you wish to change or cancel your order, you have approximately 4 hours after placing the order to contact us, once this period has passed, no changes can be made. Once shipped, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.

Do you deliver to France and internationally?

Yes, we deliver to France, Europe and internationally. When checking out, you will be able to check if your destination is eligible for delivery.

What are the delivery times?

Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days
Europe: 5 to 7 working days
International: 7 to 10 working days (depending on the destination)

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen. The exact amount is displayed when placing the order.

Are there customs fees for international delivery?

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the regulations and force for each country.

3. Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 20 days after receipt to return an item if it does not suit you. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and with its tags.

Are returns free?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

How to make a return?

Contact our customer service by email for return instructions. Once the package has been received and checked, we will process the refund within approximately 15 days.
