Article 1 : These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between SAMSOUKKA and the buyer, governing all purchases made on the website www.samsoukkaparis.com.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation.
SAMSOUKKA reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale to comply with applicable regulations or to improve the use of its website. The applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order.
Article 2: The order: The buyer declares having read these general terms and conditions of sale when placing their order. Otherwise, no order can be validated. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer once the order is validated. No order can be canceled or modified after this confirmation. An order is considered validated only after receipt of payment.
Article 3: Payment: Payments are secure and can be made using the various payment methods offered during the ordering process. The customer can pay by credit card or PayPal. Once payment is made and the order is confirmed, no cancellation is possible after 3 hours.
Article 4: Shipping and returns :
Processing and Delivery TimesOrders are processed within 48 business hours.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination:
Colissimo: 48 to 72 business hours after shipment
Mondial Relay: 4 to 5 business days after shipment
FedEx: approximately one week after shipment
Packages are shipped via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or FedEx, depending on the destination.
Customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Return PolicyCustomers have 20 days to withdraw from their purchase if an item does not meet their expectations.
To initiate a return, they must contact our customer service team by email or through the homepage of our website.
All returned products must be sent back in their original packaging.
Any item that shows signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will be declined and sent back to the buyer using the return address indicated on their parcel.
Response time: 48–72 hours.
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
The return parcel must be shipped to the postal address previously provided by the seller via email.
Once the item has been shipped, the customer must provide a valid tracking number, which allows the seller to follow the package and prevents issues such as loss or theft.
Returns sent without tracking are solely the responsibility of the customer, and Samsoukka cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels.
Returns can be made via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
For Mondial Relay returns, the customer must use the specific pickup point designated by the seller.If the customer sends the parcel to another relay point, the package will not be collected and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds are processed within 15 days from the date the returned parcel is received, as indicated by the tracking information provided by the customer.
There is no need to contact us before the 15-day period has passed.If the refund has not been received after this timeframe, the customer may contact us by email or through the contact page on our website.Response time: 48–72 hours.
Return RequestsAll return requests must be submitted exclusively by email.
Defective ItemsIf the customer believes they received a defective product, they have 20 days to return it.if the defect is confirmed by the seller, the shipping costs will be covered by the seller.If no defect is found, the return shipping costs will remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Please note that the following are not considered defects:
a loose thread,
a length perceived as too long or too short compared to the description,
minor variations that do not affect the product’s functionality.
